I agree with that to a point but in following the trading over the last couple weeks it appears to me and this is only "my opinion" that there is a Big buyer who steps in from time to time which btw is also what Frank (I think spokesman for the company) basically said when I spoke to him over a week or so ago,(also refer to part of the PR below), he said they aren't stupid where they'll chase it straight up but pick their spots as I'm sure they want to acquire the shares as cheap as possible, only makes sense ,....so thats why I think they have let the stock drift a little so to let the profit takers/nervous nellies get out here at a lower share price so not to hurt the stock as it ascends to new heights which I truly believe is about to happen .....again all in my opinion ONLY

The company to date has purchased through an independent 3rd party of close to 15 Million Shares on the open market and will continue to buyback shares per its previous announcement.
All shares will be retired and returned to the Company's Transfer Agent upon completion of the buyback.
