You're right, everyone is in it for money, even Dr. Pandey would love to have a few million sitting in his bank account. The difference between him and everyone else here is that this company was his life's work. You're right, as a shareholder you are part owner of the company. I'm not sure how many shares you hold, but I'm guessing it's a lot less that he holds.
Why does he think he can get royalties, because he has an agreement that says so from quite a while ago. As I've stated before, when you take over a company, you can't take the good and throw away the bad, you get it all. What's happened here is Dr. Swift came in, didn't like the fact that Beverly Robbins, John Schingo, Dr. Misra, Colonel Pandey, Dr. Pandey and a few others loaned the company money and expect at some point to be paid, so they told them that they weren't getting paid. He didn't like the fact that Dr. Pandey has stock certificates in his possession that give him just under 20% of the voting rights of the company so they are trying to say they are void. You can fire a man from his position, but you can't take his agreements away that aren't related to his employment or his equity in the company away.
Again, my main point here is that you and almost everyone else on here are investors, you've never spent a minute in the lab or office of Xechem International. You've not practically lived in the office 7 days a week as he did and you've not put everything you have into this company. You're aware that he's a single man, so he has no family to go home to? Where do you think he spent most of his time? This isn't just about money for him, it's about building a company and that's what he was doing. The man lives, eats and breaths Xechem and to this day, even after all this, he talks a fondly about the company and Nicosan. Did he make mistakes? Absolutely and he knows it, just like everyone else does. Did he make mistakes that should have gotten him fired? I don't see that as the case, but that's my opinion. People talk about him spending a million in India and it being illegal and theft and fraud and and and, yet we have equipment ordered by the current management sitting in customs to the tune of $4.3 million. Who knows if it's usable at this point, is anyone going to hold him responsible for that because he's certainly passed the buck to Dr. Pandey for it.
Yes, everyone is in this for the money and the investment, but a few loyal people are also in it for the fact that they spent 17 years building a business have been thrown out like trash and publicly accused of many, many things. It's been 12 months and I ask you, where is the company today? Where is your investment today? If you're happy with both of those things, great...
