If that's what it takes to stay listed, then file and reinstate later. Alot of companies sure you know of some who reinstated after the facts.'If these company gets delisted can't see them getting listed again.

Also "long" since July '06...agree with your analogy...'tho the important issue at this point is whether the SEC has given time to forstall deregistration...also the drop to the pinks has hurt this stock and IMO was the first grease on the pole to activate their ratchet protection---which will prove painful to us all depending on how it is handled...GLTU

Being an accountant, that is quite obvious to you. To a lot of the rest of us (especially me), that idea likely doesn't cross our mind until someone mentions it.

With all the BS we have to put up with on these message boards, this is an example of their usefulness.

We can't all be experts in everything, but there are enough posters on this board with expertise in many areas that most bases are covered when analyzing a report, statement, or action by the company.

That doesn't work here imo, dbler67. They havn't taken an extension. They just didn't file. And not filing most surely affected the shareprice in a negative way.
I think we will see in the next months to a year where they (Swidt/Basu) stand. If they file for protection and then end up with the whole pie, we will know. Will be able to do nothing about it, but we will know.
