I was thinking the exact same thing. If the audit is not completed t5hey can get out of this offer.

The large block of shares set aside for this transaction could be returned of the treasury and we could move forward again.

I had considered this possability as the only way I could see us get out of this mess and give the shareholders a real possability of gain.

I think M Mar would dilute the stock as much as possible before being fired but I would sure like to be free of them after their inept wranglings.

It is a shame shareholders are not allowed to contact GLCC directly
