Ancient history is months to a couple years ago?

What motivation is there here to throw out all the wrongdoing of Spooz in RECENT history? Its not like they are doing anything good now, why defend this company?

The company has cost people real money but more disturbingly and importantly appearing more and more like a complete scam from day 1.
