I think Bankruptcy doesn't even have a place in these discussions.

Do any of you really think if they didn't have assets and/or something in the works that the CEO wouldn't have been dumping shares at .70? He had plenty of time to submit a Form 4 while it hovered in the .60s. Did we see one? No.
