What I am saying is "If" they force NCEY into Bankruptcy they won't have those options. ALL assets/accounts are frozen until which time the dispute is settled within Chapter 7 or 11.
Sure, A/R can still be collected into a "Holding" fund, although neither Laurus nor New Century will be allowed to touch that fund until it's resolved.
