bottom line is they can't mislead shareholders...the message from them is clear in what will happen if they don't get the financing. That is a priority communication to shareholders right now and can't be sugar coated with any other issue. That was the purpose of the 'major event' announcement. The risk for folks now is a) will they get the financing b) will they get the wells going for positive results to bottom rev line c) will the results of the 2nd quarter be better than 1st. That's the reality of why folks decided to stay in this stock. It can be no other. The downside was clearly stated yesterday.
