It does make sense! Any theif in the world would have loved an opportunity to steal the software that could pay you millions, put SPZI and XXIS out of business, get revenge at Paul Stickland, and keep this whole technology to yourself or ...... ehmmm.....

There's always two sides to every story. If you ask two people who participated in an event of this particular type, you will inevitably get two diametrically opposed stories.
However, despite the feelings of the individuals involved, when these opinions are irreconcilable, the measure of last resort is unfortunately the legal system, slow as it is. Once again, the fact that the judge in this matter refused to dismiss the complaint three times, gives credibility to the complainant.
