When a company uses convertible preferreds or notes or debentures, the IHUB posted OS and AS are NEVER accurate.

The only accurate source is the transfer agent, who must answer to the SEC for giving out false information. (They usually make the info extremely hard to get anyway, because the accurate share count is detrimental to their clients).
