Is it known how much of that comes from too rapid rewarming
(trading 15 IQ points for 15 minutes of theater time), and
how much from microemboli?

Also, is it known that the microemboli are actually clots
rather than bubbles produced by cavitation?

This is a chapter I haven't read yet, asking you guys for
some guidance, maybe a recent review?
