What is there to believe in? They've delivered on nothing.
There still is no outside verification Spooztoolz is actually a worthwhile piece of software. Judging by their lack of deals and no sales its much more likely Spooztoolz is a piece of junk. Why do you keep the belief its still what the company claims?
If someone tells you they have something great but keep delaying and delaying in showing it does it not raise real questions? In this case its even worse as this great thing should be raising money and yet still nothing.
For a stock thats tumbled 95%+ in less then a year and is going through massive dilution it seems odd to me there are so many believers.
