ChangeD', It's blantantly clear what has happened regarding SWARM, Jame Groves, Peng He and Spooz. IMO the court will
substantiate Spooz's claim/s.
As far as guilt on Spooz's part I think the Company is guilty of employing two individuals who illegally removed property of Spooz and will be found guilty in a court of law.
SWARM would have no doubt been a useful trading piece of software that could have made 141 Capital a very nice piece of profit.
