why isn't it OBVIOUS that PERT shorted us down to this level so DRCO could load up? why is this SO HARD for some traders to understand?

fwiw, DRCO is not showing up on some L2 services, like most online brokers and alphatrade, but microcaptrade does show them on the bid right now in the link above.
