FACT is that public statements from Chip Gannassi's team to exclusively use AERO Exhaust systems have been made, posted and undisputed for months.
The FACT that Rusty Wallace has been named As Aero's spokesperson, pr'ed, posted and undisputed for months.
Neither have issued a cease and desist or lawsuits have been filed against AERO or anyone else for that matter. This FACT kinda leaves those who dispute this shouting in a dark EMPTY closet with no audience!
One more INDISPUTABLE FACT, neither have ANY mufflers listed on either of there Websites or cars that prove they use anything other that AERO.
FACT is because each of the above have publicly made statements, prove that AERO is not being sold or used by each of these two public figures through an affidavit signed by each of them denying the public statements that have been made, otherwise they both exist which is proof enough to me that the public statements still stand, are undisputed by the names issued on those statements and pass on it's own merit.
