that was off the wall,No where near the A/S,Not really any kind of major diluting and he runs from an R/S a year and a half ago.How can you trade any otcbb stocks if that makes you run? lol

And the AS is 100 million. Doubt Any RS is coming, especially with spin-off shares on deck for the new company. Any increase in AS would have to be voted on by the current shareholder's.... which is publicly owned.
