Eat I owned 1.5 million I bought 12/06. Since then I have purchased more. So I am in the same boat. Yes I joined this board in May of this year. Yes I did purchase and get more stock in April and May this year. Right now I personally own 9.5 million give or take.

Now if you want to sue by all means do whatever you want, but I think most of the people on this board are a bunch of whining B**ches.

You know I get so tired of hearing what Lancaster and Watkins did. In case you did not know THEY ARE GONE. You have new people that I believe are trying to do something.

You guys just don't care it is Boo Hoo Lancaster, Watkins.

If you have actual decent information to give then fine otherwise I hate to hear a bunch of babies crying about what happened last year.

Move on and learn God does what he wants in his time..

eats: Something to think about:
If you managed to get enough people organized to file suit, and got an attorney to take the case, I ask you this:
- How long do you expect it would take to go thru the legal process, find them guilty? From being involved with a stock lawsuit years ago it was in the court system for 5 YEARS!
- Assuming they were found guilty, do you think they well give up their stolen money volunteerily, that is assuming they still have it?
- Do you have any idea of how high the legal costs would be for a case in the court system that long? And, guess where that money comes from...
Assuming your lawsuit was sucessful, other than a moral victory, your actual financial gain would be pennies on the dollar, probably not much more than where the pps is now. Might as well sell now and save yourself 5 years of frustration......
