This wont stop my Flipping Rampage starting next week.

Good Evening breharb25! I hear you, since he is newer. I do believe though, they all go way back.

Wouldn't that be a great deal for us all if he gets it moving though? If he can do it, things should start to pick up soon based on the latest info we have, or it will be a let down for those who have recently found this one.

Regardless I have hope for it, I have plenty to gain if it goes!!
