That's the beauty here with BLDV, they are not in a business of selling shares, you are comparing apple & oranges. What Carl did has nothing to do with what BLDV is doing. <EOD>

first of all Raging bull is a board I just use for fun and entertainment, when I have time to drop in there.. I read there last week the last posts about BLDV and SRSR and I can only shake my head.

second, you say you didn't make any DD on bldv but you declare it as a scam because the Boss of the transfer agent has a history back in 2002 - very funny too

third, BLDV put out their last PR in march.. so I think we both should agree that we cannot talk about a pump and dump stock

fourth, we have a video where Moaning is signing papers with the prime minister of belize. I refuse to believe that the prime minster was involved in a scam video to suck shareholders

fifth, I think you are very frustrated with John Beebe and the dilution that was taking place and the loss of your money and I can understand that

six, BLDV is not diluting shares. The sharestructure is the same since long long time back.

seventh, a lot of great intelligent people here spent a lot of time to do DD on BLDV and they are so nice to share it with the board and they are highly apreciated. And I personnally take it as an offense if someone you stated not ahve done any DD here come to the board and throw out a negative statement.. missing respect I would call this

and so on. I could go on but I think its not worth to waste my time and to fight for something so clear and evident.

I think we have no reason to doubt what you have posted about Carl Dilley. Thanks for sharing as although it is not something that is considered a positive, it is constructive in nature. Again, I thank you for sharing.

Still, I think you are stereotyping EREX with BLDV which they are two different companies with two different managements. Also, they have two different groups of affiliates that in my opinion put BLDV head and shoulders above EREX. I traded EREX years ago and I really think that just because a person is the head of a Transfer Agent for a company that the particular company would fall under the umbrella of that person that is head of the Transfer Agent scrutiny. Each would exist on its on merit and on its own history.

This is an indirect relation and has nothing to do with the forward movement of BLDV. Dilly had a direct relationship with EREX which was the company that was a dilution machine in the past. So far, BLDV has traded for months as what we were told with there being no dilution concerns.

Also, those things you mentioned happened in the past of which recently, in the post/article below, courtesy of Slojab, Dilley has been given the thumbs up by the SEC and Forbes which eliminates in my opinion any reason we should not see this as being even the slightest of concern.

I will further research, but as of now, I think it’s not a significant issue of concern. I think the duties that Island Transfer was hired to do will be totally separate from any decision making process duties that will be executed by the BLDV management.

I do respect you mentioning that you have not done any DD on BLDV and was only giving us info as a FYI. Again, thanks, but I think it might be a fair idea for you to at least consider doing some DD on BLDV. I think it has some huge potential.

Isn't it time you did some DD on Blue Diamond. It will open your eyes. Through out the world you will find many not so pure people who will go to any lengths to make a buck and thats why its so important to investigate before you invest. Its a far cry from being a transfer agent to being a Company Employee. The agent is a contracted service and is there to perform a necessary job and is greater then an arms length from the company.
