Stupid me for believing Mr Patrick Herda Chief Executive Officer of this company when he personally told us stupid shareholders that there would be no dilution. Stupid me for believing the CEO of this company when he personally said he was "Cherry-picking financing. Stupid me for believing Fred Frisco when he personally stated that regardless of the NJ economic boards decision to fund the bonds the Toms River project would move ahead at full steam.
Dreamer you numb nutts, do you really think DB was getting shares for $.08 when the stock was at $.07? Wake up. It's 7 years and we are perhaps closer to going under now then we were 7 years ago. I don't like DB one bit. Trust me, she's not only one who was willing to help this company out as you and your cronies insist on. The truth is she is the only one involved in the scheme, the only one management would let into the scheme, the only one management needed for the scheme. Denise Barbato and her silent partnership is a travesty.
