izone used to be free but now $5/trade. Regular fee is 9.99. Need to think about how many times you have a pressing service question that requires a response. I can't use izone because my accounts are all rollover ira's and they don't allow those in izone. You might ask them about their new requirements on certain stocks where they make you call to place an order. What would they do with izone service? How could you place such an order?
Also I like to call in Canadian orders sometimes to get them to verify the US$ bid/ask. I try to have the forex already figured out so I can tell if they are raping me on the forex. What would happen on izone?
