No? I used to live near Joseph Hazelwood in NY. My family probably knew his family as well. That spill you refer too would have been cleaned up faster and more efficiently if man just left it alone for nature to take its course. Besides that was old technology and the same danger/risk no longer exists today....Oil is natural, comes from the earth and is produced by the earth. We are realizing now that oil may not be of "fossil" origin at all, and could very well be a natural syrup that is produced by the earth on a never ending basis..
