Lets get one thing str8t about oil. Oil companies want to buy leases in the Gulf and ANWR so that can keep a monopoly. Big oil have millions of acres in oil field leases THAT THEY DO NOT DRILL ON.
So don't blame Congress, IF BIG OIL WANTED TO DRILL THEY CAN DRILL!
