Rick, I am by far not smart enough to figure out why the market should or shouldn't do things based on ones financial reasonings and evaluations. To me that is noise and some will be right and some will be half right and some will be wrong and some will be half wrong. The internals of the market seem to be talking right now and I am just trying to understand what they might be saying without addig my 2 cents interpretation to make anything come out to fit my mindset of financial reasonings.
