Couple of interesting points in this article that I see:
1). Ireti says that Dr. Pandey used NEXIM and EXIM loan proceeds to set up a parallel facility in India. Unless he's got proof of a building and equipment, he just accused someone publicly of something pretty serious...
2). Ireti blames Coker for taking the $3.5 million, which, from what I understand, is 100% true. So it looks like Coker is going to have to answer to someone and the EFCC is on it. Looks like Ireti is going to be answering to Coker for this one as well. I don't see Ireti being in Xechem Nigeria much longer, regardless of who spent whatever money.
