which Mike has said is paid in full via several aspects of our cash flow... partial dilution (as needed) and mostly via MBB himself and we not forget he himself up'd 500K+ to fund this company until one of many plants gets up full operational but also private placement of share, etc!. NY is taken care of also....

they have EE plans & specs, as well as impact report studies, as well as future site plans.... you REALLLLLLY should sit down and call Mike some day... He is a great guy and easy to talk to (when he is not busy)
