That's part of the 2-million BBl in added demand but only 800k of additional supply last year. Mexico is screwed, and the North Sea, Kuwait, Iran, Russia, Saudi Arabia, and others are past peak. It's going to get worse before it gets better, and the getting better will only be with plug in cars running on coal and nuclear power.
