I disagree in part..... legit, varifiable, proven pr's will ONLY help our case with the state, the financing etc.... it shows a trail! a trail of business deals, jv's, projects, etc.... you must realize this?

its when you have failed jv after failed jv ((now MNTY but old ECFL comes to mind..... 5 failed jv's attempts will hinder their cause.....)) LLEG doesnt have anything bad, pr wise, and IMO will and was taken into effect when HH signed with us, and thusly why the state of NH with our JV in HH is looking at us with open arms per say....


but as someone else has repeatedly pointed out, we have hurdles to overcome, as you would in ANY major financing deal

why would any business take their PR's to the government to seek approval? That makes no sense to me whatsoever...

generally these companies put together slide shows showing what the business plan is and then if there are questions respond to those

this is a risk investment...which involves several potential possibilities. In the penny market the bumper sticker is that's why it's in penny range + or -.
