yes, i thot plasma was given for HR...
to bring up antithrombin levels.

that is why i mentioned the pricing issue / concern.

is not plasma effective for HD?

If you’re asking whether whole plasma (fresh or frozen) can supply enough AT to overcome HR without AT supplementation, I would think the answer is No except in the mildest cases. But I will defer to any docs who have first-hand information on this.
