back2basics - I keep hearing that term used to describe postings on this board, and am truly at a loss to see what evidence the assertion is based upon.
Perhaps my understanding of the term is off base. Can you post a quote or mabey an example of what that means to you.
You obviously have a concept of what it means if :
I too think there is a degree of snshine pumping here, but...
A recent example or two might better define what is meant by a phrase that has a pretty nebulous definition at best.
Perhaps if people know what it is that seems to be so offensive it can be curtailed or at least kept to a minimum.
I hope dispelling the inane assertions of the SHARKBAIT crowd is not being classified as sunshine pumping.
There is a big difference between dispelling outright lies by assemblage of the facts as we understand them, and mindless pumping with little more than hope and a maybe for a foundation.
A company like ALRY that puts out info of a $500,000 profit made for shareholders from a lease sale during the 1st 6 months of the year usually gets more Sunshine posting than this one received on Thursday...
And the company is now entering what has historically been their best production period each year...
And the company is not to blame for oil hitting the highest price per barrel in history on Thursday either...
The market is all about finding the patches of Sunshine and right now maybe just finding a few rays of Sunshine...
ALRY has seen its share of rain...About time for some Sunshine again...IMO, of course...LJ
