Zeev, I am very interested to know why you think the scenario you described (4% growth etc.) is unlikely to occur. It seems quite plausible. I have the same bearish "bent" longer term due to the massive amounts of debt and liquidity that have built up, but sometimes that does not seem reason enough. Perhaps you have a past message you could refer me to?
