bigdogs I think one of the problems is that most will not jump in until they comfirm an uptrend. I know I have exhausted my powder on what I thought was a bottom and only to find out later that it would still drop over half the price from what I bought it at so with this continues drop it is hard for retail investor to keep filling the coffer with shares and not see an increase in price. So I choose to wait till the stock is moving past my assumed bottom buy.
