He was contracted to build a processor for Aziz last year back when Aziz claimed he was building a bio plant., Aziz lied in his PRs about the size of the processor, never finished paying for it and then abandoned the project because he could not pay for the very hefty expenses of all of it. Aziz has been pulling crap like this for years as he dumped stock into the PRs from such arrangements.
