When it is a malicious lie. Nothing I post here is anything but the truth, so don't think the lawsuit card is a trump. Been there done that and won every single time. Tell the little scammer to sue me. Discovery will put him in a soup line or the chow line in the Federal Pen because then I will be able to expose every single lie he ever told and I will be able to do it with his own evidence that he provides.
