Lying in PR's is hard to prove: Read the fine print : " These are forward looking statements" every damm pink sheet company bluffs and fluffs thier PR's - Come on guys! I know you have to be smarter than this. Do you really think it matters about anything written when it comes to a pink sheet company?

Is there some release where the SEC states they are investigating this guy? I didn't know they made it common knowledge when engaged in an investigation.

Or they are looking into groups that go around and post false accusations on different stocks because they are in with a MM who is shorting these stocks.
