The side effects of all this are what continues to surface, month after month. According to news reports All the foreclosures are now making it harder for people with good credit to get a loan, people who have never missed a payment, ever.
Banks will surely pass their costs on to those of us who DO get all the bills paid.
Widespread foreclosures lower the price of nearby properties, where the owner has done nothing wrong, paid all his bills and kept his property up.
