Yeh, I thought about that after I sent the post. I would doubt that the Form 4 is screwed up since I am sure that Kirk has some pretty good lawyers/advisors handling this for him. However, it would be very interesting to understand the discrepancies. There was one trade for about 427,000 shares and that might have been a private negotiated deal, but I thought even those kinds of deals end up getting reflected in the day's volume, but maybe not. Also, the 427,000 share trade was at $5.93 and the rest of the trades ranged from $5.84 down to $5.51.
