stock-up, let's just forget that Pappy was frontrunning inside info to recipients on his private email list. The fact is, a recipient on RB, spooked by it, disclosed it to the public before trading commenced on Monday. Pappy was busted & posted the "confidential & propietary" inside info "intended only for the use" by the ones on his private email list on his scammy Cinemax website.
That "dead horse" is your apparent lack of knowledge of securities laws.
