DALLAS, TX, Jul 03, 2008 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- NewMarket China, Inc. (OTCBB: NMCH) announced that the Company will begin trading under its new corporate name, China Crescent Enterprises, Inc. and ticker (OTCBB: CCSE) at market open today, July 3, 2008.
Management decided to change the Company's corporate name to better reflect its direction as it continues to expand regionally and seek additional higher-margin lines of business. The Company reported $40 million in revenue in 2007 and has set a 2008 revenue target of $50 million. The Company's 2008 revenue goal does not take into consideration any mergers or acquisitions and could potentially be augmented should one be closed during the fiscal year.
