I disagree, i think he is shorting. No other reason to be the lowest ask at all times. If he was trying to sell he would be not be capping the price. Like i said he could still be selling these shares for 1.2 or 1.3's or higher if he wanted. He will have a big chunk to cover once he gets the price low enough.
If you have enough $'s you can essentially control a stock at this level. No ihuber is going to move the stock.
LOL nope JK, this is the way PERT has been doing it for the last week or two. He will hold up there around .90 for a while, and then will come down if he doesnt get hit all that much. Remember him staying around .96 earlier today for a while without moving.
Then he moved. It just the way he works right now.
