Hmmm, don't see any filings or anything. Personally I'm surprised that it's held up the way it has. I would've expected a slow decline over the past couple months. The problem with SP is that they can't move fast enough. Sure a store or two opening a month keeps their name out there but means virtually nothing to the bottom line when they're burning $1.5M+ a Q and each store only nets them about $7K a quarter in profit to counter it.
The more time that goes by the more time people have to peruse the filings and realize they are years from profitability at the rate they're building and in the meantime some really good short term opportunities are appearing elsewhere as the major markets retreat.
I was told some fund had a bunch of shares and took their profit. I was also told they should have 60 locations open by end of year. This comes from The Pickles IR. They also said they had a lot of money in the bank.
