I was the poster you referred to with the quote:
"As someone on this Board recently said, the shorts either don't know what is going on at the Company or don't care and whoever said it thought it was the latter"
What I meant by saying that they 'don't care', is that they know that Halo will become big, however, they are hoping to make their money shorting it before their is really big news. However, I don't think that they had any idea how hard it may be to do this. They have gone past the point of no return on being able to get their money back if they just stop now. As such, they are investing even more in an attempt to 'force' the share price down. Unfortunately for them, it appears that Randall Kirk will buy every share he can and I suspect he will eventually end up owning half of the company. As longs here, we just need to let it play out.
