Without another reverse split which wipes out everyone who owns this stock, there is no way that Aziz will be able to keep dumping for long. The stock is almost as low as it can go without losing all of it's bidders.

My experience has it that reverse splits are usually not friendly to investors. At best, a reverse split would be neutral but does not create value that is not there to begin with. It could be helpful to quality it for listing in an exchange but other fundamentals are not there. In my opinion, a reverse split for AMHD is an illusion as far as creating value goes. It is another opportunity for Aziz to dump the heck out of it to the previous share highs (numbers only), create more stock, and presto ---- it is subpenny all over again.
