The $287 million is stated to be "for meeting clinical, regulatory, and sales milestones." To the extent if is for meeting sales milestones, I suspect that the payment will be a fraction of the sales, and not a fraction larger than one. If it is for meeting clinical or regulatory milestones, then there would not necessarily have been corresponding revenue, but you would think that the payment would be a portion of the value created by satisfaction of the milestone and therefore easy to finance.
