Hi Castle,

I'm much more condemning of Susan Smith than Andrea Yates because Smith allegedly killed her children to make herself available to her boyfriend. On top of that, she covered it up and lied until she was cornered.

Good point about the inconsistency of the legal system. Apparently Smith did not commit her crime in a death penalty state.
