You’re getting warmer: elvitegravir is one of the four drugs in Quadro, but ritonavir is not, and neither is efavirenz.

Hint: The purpose of Quadro is to compete against Atripla; including ritonavir in the mix would cause problems from both a business and a medical standpoint.
