I do think Kistler's departure is a part OF HIS OWN GAME.
Look at it this way:
RVGD back in January resigned Kistler and the stock gained 1700% within next 10 days. Now PINR... Same pattern.
I really think Kistler himself is the mysterious insider who accumulates cheap shares before the resignation.

JMO
