From a backyard (pool and spa) distributorship to a financial based company.

Thats definately a complete change of direction. I own shares now, but I dont think I will buy any extras UNTIL, I get a clear view of the business model to accomplish this, goals and benchmarks, markets and marketing, and expected growth.

I admit, the theory is good as I have been thinking the same thing (only business acquisition, not brokering) the companies of retiring boomers, but to REALLY do this, LDTI would need a nationwide presence, and would compete with online entities such as BidBuySell.

Just my 2 cents here.

John Ayling owns and has shared office space with Capital First Corporation LLC all along unless they're doing something else. Did Mr. Ayling give you this overall view of LDTI? There's really nothing new that we didn't already know. We're still waiting for the in-home sales to kick in. Oh wait, we never got any money to finance our sales crew. No word on that since they PR'd it originally. And please tell me Mr. Ayling didn't actually talk about the stock price of LDTI in the future. Looks like I'll have to talk to him again this week.

i.e. .25 etc... it may be in violation if that is what they conveyed to you... and if not, how did you come up with that price?
