I think we should have a forensic Audit and start with Don Quarterman and all the companies he was with, just like Dan. I sure would like to see the 4,000,000 shares he was offered with Resolve and then they go BK. Now Dan's wife has a few million shares and the CEO Now he sold 200,000 shares and there has to be a notice to sell those shares, just like when the company was SOGN if the CEO sold someone shares and or the shares came from his FATHER Mark Seifer there has to be a hold on shares right Scott Masse. For the record a few months before the Reverse Split the CEO Mr. Masse was going to sell me tons of shares with no Reverse Split in the works.
I say check out Don Quarterman then check out all the parties with Nwau, Naug, RSFF, VLXC, check out the icy thing right don, then check out the well that SOGN bought from another director then sold him out.
