I think most haven't seen the news and those that have are already in. By Monday everyone will know the news.

I'm as shocked as anyone, but it's been less than 15 minutes. Let's wait a bit. 20 million went through at the ask of .0008 in the seconds after the news came out so there is a positive response. But somebody had a lot of shares for sale and they weren't going to change their minds.
